Fees for our optional fulfillment service are as follows:

  • Receiving: $25/hour (with a minimum of $25 and an additional $25/day per incomplete receiving order until resolved)
  • Storage: From $5/month per bin (19in x 15in x 12in) to $40/month per pallet (48in x 40in x 54in)
  • Picking: $0.25/pick after 5 free picks per order
If you use our fulfillment service, your product’s portion of an order’s USPS commercial shipping cost will be deducted from your payment. It is usually cheaper to use our fulfillment service because the shipping cost is divided between all vendors on an order. However, you may still ship your products yourself if you wish to do so.

We use Wells Fargo Zelle to send funds to your bank account: there is no fee associated with this service except for your usual bank fees to accept deposits.

What happens after I sign up?

A member of our team will email you within one business day to find a time for a call. During this call, we will give you tips on how to best use our platform and answer any questions you have. We will also get you set up with our fulfillment service if you wish to do so.

What can I sell on Sphere?

We prohibit the same products as Stripe, listed here. Any other legal products can be sold. If you do not see an existing category for your product on our website, please contact us and we will create it for you.

How do you handle customer complaints?

We understand that some of our competitors put undue stress on sellers. When we receive a complaint, we usually ask for proof of what the customer claims. We only take action against sellers with an unusually high pattern of complaints.

What is Sphere?

We’re a startup that has been in business since 2016. We have two other products that you can see here. We also have big plans for the future of online shopping that you can see here.

How long does it take to get paid?

We send your funds as soon as customers receive their orders (with a minimum of 7 calendar days from the order). You will have to create an account with Wells Fargo Zelle which takes a few minutes to do. You will then be able to deposit your funds to any US bank account for free.
